Facebook users concerns of privacy due to companys tweaking security settings

Several reports about Facebook have been made about privacy issues. The company said that last Thursday, a statistic usage showed that Facebook had a billion users worldwide who logged into Facebook at least once a month.

So questions arise. Is it time for the social network to be more open with users?

Users concern on privacy inclined since the company started tweaking privacy settings.

According to Guardian News:

Mark Zuckerberg announced that there has been a lot of focus on the social network's struggle to convince investors of its worth

But Facebook should be just as concerned about its relationship with users, who are increasingly miffed about what the site does or doesn't do with their data.

It is said that the company has been working to track how often people who see ads for a given product on Facebook end up buying it in real-world stores.

Also there is a saying that Facebook has started allowing advertisers, target users based on their email addresses, their phone numbers and the other websites they've been visiting.

Another rumor is that the company started taking steps to track users on mobile devices, (by monitoring apps that users use) and collect data such as location, the type of info users exchange through apps etc.

There is no consensus about it since some people say that "they have nothing to hide" while others are frustrated by the use of their information.
