Google releases the newest Android Developer Console. It was first shown at Google I/O earlier in the year, but since then, they've been testing it out with thousands of developers, reviewing their feedback and making adjustments. So now, everyone can try it.
There is a better-looking interface and faster loading, even with a lot of apps, the navigation and is easier and with new statistics, you can manage your applications way better than before.
But better interface and usability are not the best improvements in the newest Dev. Console, the most interesting addition is probably the new statistic analysis. With graphs and statistics you can now analyze the user ratings as well as other data (like user installations) with graphs showing changes over time, or by breaking the data down by device, county, app version, carrier, language or Android version.

For a better publishing workflow you can now compare the different versions of your app, making it easier for you to find any errors before publishing. Once you've saved any change, the new Developer
Console, will give the option, to the users, of viewing an automatic translation of your listing in 49 languages.
The only thing you have to do in order to check the new console is to click the “Try the new version” in the header, and you can send feedback by clicking the “Feedback” link just to help Google improve it.
for more you can go to the android page or to the official developer blog
