Battlefield 4 beta scheduled for Fall 2013

According to reports that surfaced on Monday, exclusive access to the Battlefield 4 beta would be offered to gamers who pre-ordered Medal of Honor: Warfighter Limited Edition or Digital Deluxe from EA's Origin platform, before the game's launch on October 23. The listing on the Origin store was taken down for unknown reasons as word of the beta began to spread. But now comes official confirmation from EA about the beta.

EA said in another press release on Tuesday that the exclusive Battlefield 4 beta will be available in Fall 2013, and that additional information regarding Battlefield 4 will be revealed at a later date. "We’re not ready to talk about Battlefield 4 yet - in the meantime, we hope you will continue to enjoy Battlefield 3 and all the Battlefield 3 Premium content still to come," said EA on Tuesday.
