Did Apple remove support for Safari 6 on Windows?

It appears as though Apple has killed support for its Safari browser on Windows based machines. If you navigate to Safari's page, you will see that there are no download links for the new browser. At the bottom of the page it is written: "The latest version of Safari is available in Mountain Lion. The latest version of Safari for Lion is available through Software Update."

For comparison, if you go to the iTunes section of Apple's website, there is a big button to help you download the software for Windows. Maybe Apple will roll-out the browser update for Windows at a later point, but currently you are not able to download Safari 6 from Apple.
