Sony will do a new PlayStation 3 firmware update
tomorrow, October 23.
The 4.30 update brings a few changes. Modifies the Trophies section by moving from the games section the XMB to the PSN section. Furthermore, Trophies earned on your PlayStation Vita will now be displayed on the PS3 too.
Here is their statement about the update:
"The Trophy Collection will now reside under PlayStation Network on the XMB," shared Sony VP Eric Lempel on the PlayStation Blog. “Trophies that you have earned playing PlayStation Vita games are now displayed on your PlayStation 3. You will also be able to see your Trophy level and progress towards the next level while viewing your trophy collection."
Sony also announced that early in November the company will retire services available through the “Life with PlayStation” application.
