Its a new app for Windows Phone 8
that helps users not burn through their data plan.
Basically this application, by tracking users usage app-by-app, it compresses every single web page that has been
browsed to keep data consumed to a minimum, and also scouts WiFi
hotspots when they become available. The app has a Live Tile (Main menu icon) that gives statistics of the megabytes that users have consumed and gives a warning when the preset limit is approached.
Pretty useful app ! This app will come to users available soon this fall, first on Verizon and hoping that will be available to other devices later since nothing has been announced about them yet.
