Apple announced 4th generation iPad

Apple introduced us to a new, 4th generation iPad at its event in California today.
It packs a new A6x chip with quad core graphics which, according to Apple, provides double the performance of the older A5X chip. the new model also gets a 720p FaceTime front-face camera and a 9.7", 2048 x 1536 (4:3 aspect ratio) screen with 264 PPI. the new CPU will be dual-core at 1Ghz with 1GB of RAM and 16GBof internal storage (up to 64).



Pricing stays the same as its predecessor, with a 16GB WiFi version for $499 and a 16GB version with cellular data on board at $629.
You'll be able to buy the new 4th generation iPad on November 2nd.
