OS X Mountain Lion available now

Apple’s next major desktop operating system update, Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8),  is available now via the Mac App Store for $20. Mountain Lion focuses on incorporating features from iOS to the Mac; some of these include the Notification Center, expanded iCloud support, Reminders, and much more.

If you want to read more about what exactly has been incorporated into Mountain Lion, Apple has posted a list with more than 200 features. To be able to install the update you will need to be running either Mac OS X Lion or the most recent version of Snow Leopard (10.6.8).
