Android SDK gets updated to eliminate fragmentation issues.

This SDK update will ensure better app functioning for consumers but puts much difficulty to developers.

Fragmentation. A storage illness for mobile devices that prevents apps to work normally which is also leading to the platform becoming more costly and complex for developers.

Since many issues appeared, Google recently modified its legal agreement with developers who create Android apps, subsequently preventing them from any action that could lead to further fragmentation of the mobile operating system.

This means thoughtful programming which does not make fragments which is translated to improved memory management.

So Developers will have to be more careful in future app production because according to Android SDK licensing terms and conditions, developers must accept it if  they wish to create applications for the platform.
